Welcome to Willie Jewell's Old School Bar-B-Q (Lexington, SC ). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our catering services and website. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Catering Orders

All catering orders are subject to availability. We recommend placing your order at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure we can accommodate your request. Large events may require additional lead time.

2. Payment

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards and corporate checks. A 50% deposit is required for large catering orders.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover the cost of prepared food.

4. Delivery & Setup

Delivery and setup services are available for qualifying orders. Delivery fees may apply based on the distance from our location (105 Saluda Pointe Ct B, Lexington, SC 29072). Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.

5. Food Safety

We take food safety seriously. Our food is prepared fresh and delivered at the proper temperature. Once delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to maintain appropriate food temperatures if the food is not consumed immediately.

6. Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us regarding your order. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, you also agree to receive marketing updates via email and SMS, from which you can opt out at any time.

7. Changes to Terms

JM Katz Enterprises LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
